Day 1; Arrival, in Lusaka
When you arrive at Lusaka International Airport our representative will warmly welcome you. Help you get to your accommodation in Lusaka. Once you’ve settled in take the rest of the day to explore the city relax or prepare for your adventure.
Day 2 – 3; South Luangwa National Park
In the morning catch a flight to Mfuwe, which acts as the gateway to South Luangwa National Park. Upon arrival our knowledgeable guide will be there to meet you and transfer you to your lodge or camp. South Luangwa is renowned as one of Africas wildlife destinations due to its wildlife and breathtaking landscapes.
Over the two days immerse yourself in morning and afternoon game drives led by guides. Discover the parks ecosystems that include riverine forests, open plains and lagoons while searching for elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras and an array of bird species. One of South Luangwas highlights is its walking safaris that provide a close and personal experience, in the bush.
Accompanied by guides and skilled scouts you’ll have the opportunity to explore the wildlife, on foot learn about the plants and animals and develop a deeper understanding of the ecosystem.
Days 4 – 5; Lower Zambezi National Park
After having a breakfast you’ll be transferred to Mfuwe Airport for a flight to Jeki Airstrip located in the Lower Zambezi National Park. While soaring above the wilderness take in aerial views of the mighty Zambezi River and its surrounding floodplains. Once you land your guide will be there to greet you and escort you to your lodge or camp.
The next two days will be packed with thrilling adventures in the Lower Zambezi. begin on game drives through the park where you can spot elephants, powerful buffalos, majestic lions, elusive leopards and an array of antelope species. Experience the beauty of the Zambezi River with boat safaris that bring you up close, to hippos, crocodiles and an abundance of water birds. Immerse yourself in nature as you enjoy serene canoeing along the river – a way to connect with your surroundings.
Days 6 – 7; Kafue National Park
On day 6 bid farewell to Lower Zambezi as you depart for Lusaka by air. From there catch a connecting flight that will take you directly to Kafue National Park where another thrilling chapter awaits.
Kafue stands as one of the parks, in Africa boasting a remarkable variety of landscapes that range from thick forests to vast grasslands.
During your time in Kafue you’ll have the chance to begin on thrilling game drives exploring the parks wilderness and encountering an array of wildlife. From elephants and lions to cheetahs and leopards there’s no shortage of captivating creatures. Bird enthusiasts will also find themselves in paradise as Kafue is renowned for its birdlife. Beyond game drives you can also enjoy boat safaris, guided walks and immerse yourself in communities for a rounded safari adventure.
Day 8 – 9; Victoria Falls
On day 8 you’ll take a flight from Kafue to Livingstone, which serves as the gateway to the Victoria Falls. Upon arrival at your hotel near the falls spend your afternoon exploring this awe inspiring wonder of nature known as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Marvel at the cascade of water feel its mist on your face. Be enchanted by rainbows emerging from its spray.
On your day consider optional activities like taking a helicopter ride over the falls or indulging in bungee jumping thrills. Alternatively unwind with a sunset cruise, along the Zambezi River.
