How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for gorilla trekking permits which are limited and sell out quickly. Contact us as early as possible for the best availability.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Absolutely. We communicate all dietary requirements to our lodge partners in advance. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and other needs are all routinely accommodated.
Do you offer family and group safaris?
Yes. Family and group safaris are among our specialities. We tailor activities to suit all ages and arrange vehicles and accommodation suited to larger parties.
What if wildlife viewing is limited?
Our experienced guides know the best alternative locations and times. In over 20 years, we have never had a safari with zero sightings. Our guides' local knowledge means we always find the wildlife.
Is travel insurance required?
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance including medical evacuation cover. We can advise on suitable policies and ensure your itinerary meets insurers' requirements.
